1. Original content

• Our Assets are created in-house by our design team.
• We do not resell Canva templates or marketplace design packs.
• We do not redistribute Envato, Creative Market, or third-party content.
• We do not include logos, brand identities, or other protected brand assets.

2. Ownership

All copyrights and intellectual property rights in the Assets belong to MOUKET LTD. Purchase gives you a license to use the Assets, as described in our Commercial License, but does not transfer ownership.

3. Prohibited activities

• Re-uploading our Assets as your own products or template packs.
• Sharing or distributing the source files outside your organization.
• Using our brand name, logo, or site content in a misleading way.

4. DMCA & takedown procedure

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. If you believe that any material on mouketpacks.com infringes your copyright, please send a notice to:
