Originality & Creation Process

At MOUKET LTD, we focus on original, in-house design work. This page explains how our digital Assets are created and why they do not rely on unlicensed third-party materials.

1. How we create our designs

• Concepts are developed by our design team based on trends and briefs.
• Artwork is drawn and refined using tools like Adobe Illustrator and Procreate.
• In some cases, AI-assisted tools are used to generate ideas or elements; these are always used with commercial-use rights and further edited by humans.
• Final files are cleaned, organized, and exported in creator-friendly formats.

2. Tools and sources we do not use

• We do not resell or modify Canva templates as products.
• We do not redistribute Envato, Creative Market, or stock marketplace files.
• We do not include copyrighted logos, characters, or brand identities.

3. Why this matters

This approach ensures that our customers receive Assets that are safe to use in business contexts without relying on someone else’s intellectual property. It also aligns our business with payment provider policies regarding licensed materials and copyright.

4. Transparency

If a payment provider, platform, or customer ever requires clarification, we are happy to share additional information about our design files and prove authorship (source files, timestamps, work-in-progress examples, etc.).
